With more than 25 years of aviation experience and over 19,000 flight hours, Kai J. Kampelmann combines real-world cockpit experience with academic expertise in aviation and aerospace sustainability.
He holds a Master of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Worldwide Campus, with a specialization in Aviation and Aerospace Sustainability. His professional background includes airline operations on regional, narrow-body and long-haul wide-body aircraft, including ATR, Airbus A320 family, Boeing 737 and Boeing 747 freighter operations.
Through Aeroviasus, Kai supports selected aviation projects at the intersection of flight operations, sustainability, pilot development and practical implementation.
